Shipment Estimations:
Please note high demand due to COVID-19 may cause a delay in your order. Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days for any goods in stock. If orders are not in stock, or for bulk or commercial orders, will require stock from the manufacturer which can be up to 2-4 weeks before delivery. We will provide a tracking # when shipped.
Free Domestic Australian Shipping:
Included in the price of all orders is free shipping anywhere in Australia via Australia Post, Startrack Express or TNT Express depending on availability. International orders are a set fee by country. If you are unable to place an order for an international country, please contact us as we may be able to assist with a closer distributor.
30 Day Peace Of Mind Return Policy:
We are confident you will love your b-Mola NCCO Air Purifier, and offer a 30 Day Peace Of Mind Returns Policy. If you wish to return your goods within 30 days from purchase date, you must contact us to arrange the return. The unit must be returned to our depot undamaged, in working condition with the original packaging at your expense. Our team will inspect the goods and if they have been return complete and undamaged in the original packaging we will credit your nominated bank account within 7-14 business days.
12 Month Warranty:
12 Months Warranty on all b-Mola Air Purifiers on Fair Use. Fair Use defined by Veto Medical Technology Pty Ltd as standard use of the air purifier as described in the air purifiers manual. Servicing required from user error, incorrect use or handling of the air purifier or the HEPA filter, dust filter, static filter or NCCO reactor is not covered by warranty.
